Notice is hereby given to all allottees of the Group Housing Colony developed under Licence No. 1062 of 2006, situated at Sector-48, Faridabad, Haryana, by Zion Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd.
In-principle approval for grant of Occupation Certificate in respect of Tower-D (T-1 & T-2), EWS Block, Convenient Shopping Area and Basement has been conveyed vide Memo No. ZP-187-II/AD(VK)/2026/5300 dated 13.02.2026, subject to inviting objections regarding deviations from the originally sanctioned building plans.
Copies of the sanctioned plan and proposed deviation plan are available for inspection during working hours at:

Project Site Office: Sector-48, Faridabad;
Office of the Senior Town Planner, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran, Sector-12, Faridabad-121001;

Any allottee having objections may submit in writing to the Senior Town Planner, HSVP, Sector-12, Faridabad within 30 days from publication of this notice, failing which it shall be presumed that no objection exists.
